Smoothie Charge!

Lately I have had a great lack of energy so I made this great smoothie/drink to boost up my system to give me some charge. Here is the recipe below:

1 cup carrot juice (bolthouse farm)
1 Banana 
1 Apple
1/2 Mango
1 Kiwi
1 cup papaya 
1/2 teaspoon ginger
4 table spoons of Aloe

First cut up your banana, apple, mango and kiwi in small slices but not super tiny. Put them in the blender. Add in the ginger followed by the cup of 100 percent carrot juice. Add in the aloe and blend for about 30 seconds. Blend to the consistency you want. After all that is done, pour it in your favorite cup and enjoy!

All of the ingrediants has great vitamin C which is essential for natural energy and is great to help protect yourself from the cold. The aloe is a soothing ingredient that I add on because it is good for the stomach. I recommend eating something before having this smoothie if your stomach usually gets irritated from the ingredients above because they all do have high acid levels.
